Thank you for all your virtual hugs - they travelled many miles but I felt the benefit. 😊 I find colour very helpful too when I need a bit of a boost... This Pantone chart usually lives in a dark drawer in order to preserve colour accuracy (a design tool from work I used to do), but I like to get it out every now and then just to look at that many colours all together. There are even more hiding underneath the ones you can see.
I also like looking at colourful things online and came across these fun kitchen cabinets. Painting your own would be a lovely way to revive a tired looking kitchen. Or you could paint the stairs (I love the purple through to green flight in the 3rd picture) or even the banisters! Browsing around Paperchase can help too - oh the joy of stationery! Playing with colour, and planning or doing something creative really cheers me. What lifts your spirits?

just imagine the rainbows we could create with those colors! I love looking at it. Will head over to paperchase...yarn & stationery are 2 things I can't do w/o...we all have our vices!

I've loved stationery ever since I can remember. If you love colour and yarn, have you seen this blanket?! http://blueskyalpacas.com/blog/2012/03/helsinkis-cathedral-finland/

Holy cow! That's amazing! My questions just start...how many afghans? How much yarn? How many people? How long did it take? How long was it left up? What did they do with everything when it was dismantled? I could go on. Thanks for sharing.
